Hey! Happy you’re here. My name is Lena, and I am a nursing student in New York. The gym has been a huge part of my life for the past 3 years, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
Growing up, I experienced bad body-image and struggled with binge eating. I always felt like the “chubby girl” in my group of friends and refused to take photos of my body for years.
To be honest, my body has gone through so many phases, so I feel I can truly relate to each girl I work with. I want to help you find a balance that works for you, and help you gain that confidence back!
The personalized workouts are making me feel stronger and more confident in the gym. I was able to work with Ally to figure out the best approach to take with my nutrition. Learning how to track my macros has improved my relationship with food, I no longer feel out of control or the need to restrict. I have a constant support system and friend!
